Susana Jiménez is a member and senior European Mentoring & Coaching Council practitioner. She has a master’s degree in HR Management, a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Sales Management, an EBBA in Strategic Management, and a Diploma in Hospitality Management.
She is the Founder of Aprofitalents, a consulting firm specializing in human resources services, leadership, culture, values, and corporate strategy. Susana is an Advisor, Executive & Team Coach, Facilitator, Speaker, and Lecturer, with more than 20 years of experience in team management in four sectors. She offers professional and corporate coaching, career advice, and HR outsourcing services like selection, onboarding, evaluation, and training on power skills (transformative Leadership & Emotional Intelligence).
Susana joined the Swiss School of Management Barcelona as Career Counselor. She will work closely with our students to ensure they have a clear career path ahead of them.
